| Thank you for your
interest in Whistler/Blackcomb. We would like to offer a
few suggestions that will help make the most of your ski
vacation. Start Slowly, Don't
Burn Out
When planning your Whistler/Blackcomb vacation it is
important to consider that these mountains are big.
Combine this with the largest number of high speed lifts
in the world, and you can do a full days worth of skiing
or boarding in just a few hours. So, take it easy,
especially on your first day so you can ski or ride as
many days as your vacation will allow. We suggest you
plan fewer hours of skiing or riding per day than you
might at other resorts. At the end of your vacation you'll
be glad you did.
Save Money
Purchasing your tickets in advance can save you money.
When you pre-purchase lift tickets prior to your arrival
in the resort there are several ways to save:
6 days or more:
The best value is available on a 6-day or more
lift ticket. For example, a pre-purchased 6-day
adult lift ticket (during regular season) is
approximately $41 more than a 5 day. So you get a
full day for only $41. even if you decide to ski
or board part of the day, it's well worth it.
Early season and
Late season: , low season pricing is in effect.
This means savings of up to 20% off lift tickets.
With abundant snow, huge vertical drops and a ski
season that lasts into August, Whistler/Blackcomb
is the #1 choice for late and early season skiing
or boarding.
