Rates:

All rates are quoted in Canadian currency per condo per night and may change without notice.
Children under 13 stay for free with their parents.
Taxes: 10% hotel tax and 6% GST are added to the room rates.
Non-residents of Canada are eligible for a 6% GST refund on all accommodations, as well as goods purchased, yet not consumed in Canada. Ask for the government refund form, or phone Revenue Canada at 1-800-668-4748.

Reservation Deposit:

A deposit of the first night's rate is due at time of reservation, and is non-refundable.
A confirmation number is issued upon receipt of reservation.
During summer, final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
During winter, final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
During holiday times and group bookings, payment is due 45 days prior to arrival..

Security Deposit:

A valid, signed, pre-authorized credit card voucher is required at check-in. The pre-authorization voucher is automatically voided by Wildwood Lodge within 20 days provided there are no additional telephone or cleaning charges, damages or missing inventory.
We do not accept second party bookings. The guest, who has submitted their c/c for payment, must be present at check-in to show the c/c and sign the voucher.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the reservation. 
A reservation is for a specified number of guests. Wildwood Lodge requires prior notification of any increase in size of the party, which is not to exceed the maximum set for each suite. Wildwood Lodge reserves the right to refuse or interrupt service to any customer due to excessive noise or property damage, or for any other misrepresentation.

Cancellations:

During summer, cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable
During winter, cancellations made within 45 days are non-refundable
During holiday times and group bookings, cancellations made within 45 days are non-refundable
There is no refunds for early departure or unused package elements.

Limited Housekeeping Service:

We employ housekeeping staff to keep our lodge clean, however you should be aware that we do not operate like a full service hotel. A mid week towel change and tidy clean is provided. After the 7th night we refresh bathrooms, replace towels, vacuum, change the bed linens and remove trash. We also make available blue recycle bins in the underground parking for paper, glass & miscellaneous containers. If you require daily service please refer to the chart below.

Further Information:

We are trying to maintain a smoke free building, please help us by only smoking outside or on the balconies and not in the garage.
We cannot allow any pets into the Lodge as some of our guests are allergic to pet dander, etc.

CHECK-IN 4:00 p.m. (Noon if your unit was cleaned the day before) and CHECK-OUT by 10:00 a.m. Please check with us for early check-ins. 
Later check outs can sometimes be arranged as well.
