How far are you from the ski
lifts?
We are approximately 300 yards from the the base of the
Wizard high speed quad chair on Blackcomb Mountain.
1) You can either walk over to
Cruiser run and ski down.
2) Ski down a trail that starts across the street from our lodge,
snow permitting.
3) Walk down the ski path if the valley has been warm and the
snow has melted.
4) Take the free Whistler Transit shuttle bus that stops in
front of our door.

How far are you from the ski
hills?
We are approximately 200 yards from Cruiser run on Blackcomb
Mountain.
You can access Whistler Mountain by:
1) Taking the free Whistler Transit
shuttle
2) Taking the the Wizard or Magic Chairlifts up and skiing down to
Whistler Mountain's base.

Where can I rent skis and
boots?
We recommend Spicy
Sports but there are many shops as well where you can rent gear.

How
far are you from The Vancouver International Airport?
We are approximately 85 miles (136 km) or a 2 hour drive from the Vancouver
International Airport.

We are approximately 225 miles (360 km) or a 4.5 hour drive
from Seattle.

We are approximately 375 miles(600 km) or a 7 hour drive
from Portland OR.

How much do you charge for
parking?
We offer free secured underground parking that is
included in the price of your rental suite.
There is no additional cost.

Do you have room service?
We do not have room service, but we can recommend a Whistler
company that will stock your fridge before you arrive and is available to
service your food requirements hourly from the many fine restaurant in
Whistler.

What is your cancellation
policy?
Unless the unit can be re-rented for the same price
and duration
1) During winter, cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable
2) During summer, cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable
3) During holiday times and group bookings, cancellations made within 45 days are non-refundable
4) There is no refunds for early departure or unused package elements.

Do
you have a front desk on site? and what are it's hours?
We have a front desk on site and we are open from 8am to 9pm during the winter season. The summer hours for the concierge at the front
desk is from 10am - 5pm. Check-in can be done after 4pm. If the front desk is closed there is a push button on the front directory
that summons a security guard to check you in. The normal check-out time is 10am unless your room is not needed for another check-in and then you may ask
the front desk for a late check-out.

I
am arriving after your front desk is closed, how do I check-in?
If you arrive after 9pm during the winter or 5pm during the
summer, the lobby doors to the lodge will be locked. On the Front Directory
you will see a "Late Check In" button that will summon a security
guard to the Lodge within 5 - 15 minutes. He will sign you in and give you an
envelope with the keys to your reserved suite and any additional instructions.
You can enter the lobby and await the Security Guard by pressing a special
code that can be obtained from the Front Desk.

What time is check-in and
check-out?
Check out time is by 10:00am. Late check outs can be
arranged if your room is not rented for that day. Please check with our front
desk.
Check in time is after 4:00pm. If you expect to arrive earlier than 4:00pm,
please contact our front desk on your arrival day and we can maybe arrange for
you to get in your room early.

Do you have any non-smoking
rooms?
Yes, all of our rooms are non-smoking, and we are attempting
to maintain a smoke free building.

Do I need to bring a ski lock?
Ski locks are provided free, however you may want to bring
your own combination lock that can secure your skis in the ski room. If you
borrow a lock and do not return it, you will be charged $10.

Do you have a
ski room where I can lock my skis?
Yes, we have a ski room to lock up your skis. You can also
store and lock up your bikes here as well.

Do you have a laundry in
the building?
Yes, we have a coin laundry room for guests to use and it is
located on the 2nd floor next to the elevator. The Front Desk keeps loonies
and quarters for your convenience.

Where is your large hot-tub?
The large hot-tub is outside and is located off the 1st floor of the
Lodge, next to the elevator. It has a magnificent view of Rainbow and Sproat mountains
that face our Lodge. The hours are 10am - 10pm.

Is the swimming pool
open all the time?
The swimming pool is usually open only from June- September,
depending on the weather.
The hours of operation are 10am-10pm.

Is the hot-tub open all the
time?
The hot-tub is open year round. The hours are 10am-10pm.

Are your prices in Canadian
dollars?
Since we are situated on Canadian soil, all our prices are in Canadian dollars.

Do you have kitchens?
All our suites are fully furnished condo units and have
fully equipped kitchens.

What is your smallest suite?
Our smallest suite is a 1 bedroom condominium that sleeps 2
adults comfortably, however for an additional cost it can hold a maximum of 4.

What is your largest suite?
Our largest suite is a 3 bedroom condominium that sleeps
6 adults comfortably, however for an additional cost it can hold a maximum of 8.

Do you have fireplaces?
All of our fully furnished suites have gas burning
fireplaces, as well as cable TV/VCR's. Some units also have DVD's.

What
is the maximum height for vehicles in your underground and do you have over height
parking?
Our maximum height is 6"9" and we have some
outside parking spots for over height vehicles.

Do
we have to bring soap, towels, linens, shampoo, or coffee?
We offer soap, towels, shampoo, linens, dishwashing detergent and coffee in your
unit, when you first check-in. If you are going to stay for an extended length
of time you should purchase your groceries from the local grocery stores.

Do the units have irons?
Each room does not have an iron but we have
several that can be loaned from the front desk.

Do you have
hairdryers in the bathrooms?
No, please bring your own, but we do have several that can
be loaned from the front desk.

Do you have TV's in the
bedrooms?
